Return Policy

We want you to love your Timeless Roast purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return: Email us at customersupport@timelessroast.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, coffee filters and cleaning brushes cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
