Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, coffee filters and cleaning brushes cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
